After our initial meeting, Balanced Design Inc. will prepare an initial fees estimate or written fee proposal with a brief summary of all items discussed, we will also outline our detailed scope of work for your particular project and our fee structure to complete this scope.
Once both parties are happy with the agreement, the client will sign a copy of our contract allowing Balanced Design Inc. to proceed.
(In most cases a retainer will be required upfront in order to cover our initial fees)
